Just to confirm that Winter Warfare will start next week. We will announce the exact date and time when we are closer to launch.
I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know the results of the feedback on the previous server. These are my personal reactions and steps taken to address your feedback.
Please take the responses below with a pinch of salt - Most of this is written before the final agreement on prizes and structure so there may be a few extra changes.

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know the results of the feedback on the previous server. These are my personal reactions and steps taken to address your feedback.
Please take the responses below with a pinch of salt - Most of this is written before the final agreement on prizes and structure so there may be a few extra changes.
- “I want better starting legends” – We will be providing a set of AB55 legends with their artefacts and mounts over the first couple of giveaways.
- “Felt more resources were needed” – We won’t change the game set up but you will receive more Pot of Gold 9 and King Cache during the daily giveaways.
- “I would like an Overall Performance category” – A fantastic idea, it will be added!
- “Shop item prices lowering at the end was annoying – I lost value” – Shop prices originally had a decreasing factor over time as their utility went down (since you get less benefits from an item at the end). To answer this feedback, we still want to offer lower than usual item prices but understand the need to protect your early investment – the prices will be more stable. Items with a one-off benefit will have a consistent sale price (task items, time locks, heaven char., etc) while items with an eternal benefit (so less useful at the end) may have two-three different price points but will not decrease until the New year.
- “Better prizes for alliances” – Granted, with some exclusive event-only items on offer. Even better, we will now have an Alliance Cup starting on the New Year fitted for the Speed Server!
- “Loved live chat with Mods” – On the menu once again.
- “I’d like prizes to be more achievable” & “Played only for the top prizes” – The feedback regarding prizes was generally positive but have to accommodate two different categories of players – those going for the top and those who want something for a “good effort”. The decision is now taken to divide this in two: the prizes at the top are increased significantly in value but limited to the top 20 positions; there are now gifts given to users who don’t achieve one of the top ranks but have surpassed a threshold. As an example, any player achieving 4000 points or above in FengShen Tower but not in the top 20 may unlock a random piece of Shang Armour (subject to approval).
- “I don’t have a chance as a F2P user” – We don’t feel like this is the case or should be the case. The previous Speed Server has shown that there a number of users who succeeded in getting prizes without spending a dime. To further help with this concern, we are hoping that the addition of threshold prizes with clearly achievable targets will help.
- “I liked having access to previously unusable items” – Trust me, this will come once again in spades.
- “I hate cheating” & “Wished the announcement was made earlier” – so do we. We will provide you with an updated statement before the Speed Server starts.
- "I think that the daily give aways should only have been given to people that gain rep so everything stays fair." - Giveaways starting from day 4 will have a minimum reputation threshold to be received, with greater giveaways given to users who achieve higher reputation totals; we’re hoping this lessens the appeal of alternative accounts and allows users to focus on their main ones. The only exception will be the final 3 days as the giveaways have a very limited time of existence and are meant as a celebration for all users. Prizes will only be given to players who have achieved at least 100 000 reputation during Speed Server play.
- “I’d like some more week-end / end of game support” – Our Player Support team will be made fully aware of the Speed Server schedule.
